  • Apple Watch Series 5 -- hands on and first impressions

Curiosity question as a non-watch-owner:  If someone was really into the miraculous health/medical tracking the watch provides, I wonder if it's possible to have two watches on one "account".  Then one can track heart-stuff & movement during the day, and full-on sleep-tracking at night.  Most complete health profile possible....
I’m doing that every night for the past year with my S3 (at day) and S0 (at night).

  • Apple launches early access program for Apple Arcade

Apple’s charging employees because it’s the only way to truly test the SUBSCRIPTION service. You need to run the test with a paid (nominal) test. It’s not a requirements for employees to test, but if they want early access then they are getting to play for very little, while helping to find and report any bugs. This isn’t the QA team doing testing....
Just like they did with the free trial of Apple Music? Oh wait.....
I don’t remember reading any news about beta testing of Apple Music. Do you have a link to by any chance? Or you just don’t know the difference between beta and trial period? (hint: trial period has nothing to do with beta testing the system)

You may want to read the Critical Reception section, then follow to other links, and possibly subscribe to a paid service without any of these questionable, black marks.

Yeah, I’m on paid subscription since day one. Had used it free on my Windows days and found it’s awful. Surprisingly using it on Mac and iOS with paid subscription is pretty great and easy.

I have spent more than a little time using, working with and helping set up smart home systems and Apple HomeKit is behind and risks falling further behind.

Lots of stuff that supports Google and Amazon, but not HomeKit or not fully or whatever. With Apple’s financial and engineering resources this simply should not be the case.
Apple should pull HomeKit out of iOS the way Apple Pay team operates independently of Craig’s. I think Craig has more than he can chew right now.
