Pilots NEVER stop flying the plane while autopilot is engaged- they are constantly monitoring systems, forward progress, and traffic outside. Automobiles demand the same level of attention while on autopilot.
Every time you turn Autopilot on in a Tesla it tells you to keep your eyes on the road and that you remain responsible for the vehicle's actions. It is unfortunate that this person decided to do something stupid instead.

Vast majority of all iPads, iPhones in service use iOS 13
I don't understand why this is news.
Apple does EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to force you to upgrade-- when I wanted to pair an Apple watch to my iPhone 8 running iOS 12 it FLAT OUT REFUSED to allow it to pair without upgrading the phone to iOS 13 and watchOS 6. This watch was running watchOS 5 and had been previously paired to an iPhone 5s running iOS 12.4, and the iPhone 8 was running 12.4 as well.
I *really* didn't want to go to 13 at that time but I was given the choice of leaving the watch in a drawer or upgrading.

Trump expects Apple to build manufacturing plant in Texas
The problem with building a plant in Texas is that pretty much ALL the infrastructure needed to SUPPLY that plant is in China, and that infrastructure would cost billions and billions of dollars to bring here, and isn't even part of Apple. Even the trashcan Mac Pro currently built in Texas is built of subassemblies and parts made overseas.
There was a story a while back about how even the precision SCREWS needed to assemble the iPhone can't be made in the US any more and would have to be sourced from China or elsewhere.
Trump is a real estate mogul. He has NO idea how manufacturing actually works.

Apple's Siri is the first of four lawsuit targets over voice recognition technology

(in other words-- they moved the Stonebriar and Willow Bend Apple stores to a new store in the NORTHERN District of Texas so they don't have any businesses in the Eastern District.)
