Wall Street is equally guilty as they are worried about quarter to quarter and longer term like year to year. Bad quarter without layoffs in your stock is tanked.

The vast majority of people have never been and will never go outside of cell service areas. The SOS feature is of no value to them. The more troubling side effect of this is people going to remote locations places ill prepared and/or inadequately assessing the risk of what they are doing knowing help is only an SOS away.

Anecdotal at best. 

I hope those planning to host in 3rd party app stores do not think they will get the development tools for $99/year. this whole thing is hype. Frictionless purchases will always win and 3rd party stores will only attract a few zealots. The desirable customers who are young don’t do friction. 

Against banning anything. It always starts with something you do not care about and then moves into things you do. They probably Lu would like to ban the entire internet or at least add massive regulation and monitoring.
