  • iOS 10 tips: Apple Music app updates help users manage tracks across devices

Apple Music has become epic! It's worth $9.99/month in every way. Soon it will overtake Spotify, I guess we all know that :) For me the killer reason is I can initiate a song so simply with Siri: "Play (song name) by (artist)" and off she goes, ANY song. And I collect music by telling her to "name that song". Later I go to iTunes and tap on the top right corner, the 3 parallel lines, and tap 'Siri' and all the interesting stuff I happened across is listed. I play them and add them to 'My Music'! I have killer playlists with oh so cool music. I'm loving Apple Music!

Spotty what? Oh, SpottyFI. Sorry, Spottyfy. Spotify? What's Spotify?? Never mind, can't hear you. Cool music in my ears already!

Haha. Just a good natured jab. And remember, Siri knows.

  • Samsung Galaxy fire blamed in evacuation of Southwest flight

This illustrates the fruits of Apple's persistent commitment to quality, excellence and responsibility regardless of the actions of their competitors, an adult, living resolutely in his truth. In stark contrast, Samsung's true nature is often revealed as being immature, like an insecure kid. They copy, lie, exaggerate, rush products to market, make spiteful TV ads, care less about employee health by not acknowledging their responsibility in worker compensation claims. The way they have handled this recall in every way shows Samsung  for who they are to the core. They are Apple obsessed and they are reaction based. Apple couldn't care less about Samsung and remain true to their values, and innovate and improve at their own well considered pace.

  • Apple Music tops customer satisfaction in new JD Power study

Nothing about Spotify made sense to me when it started becoming popular. The premise of streaming music was just not clear.  So I stuck to purchasing through iTunes and enjoying my purchases in all the ways iTunes allowed me to. And then, in typical Apple fashion, all made sense all at once when Apple Music launched. Everything about streaming music made sense, and it completely reinvented what i love the most in my life, MUSIC. And i can share my passion, discover new artists etc. The delicious rabbit hole that Apple Music can be once I start delving into it, maybe chasing whats new in Argentina for instance, becomes an awesome trip of discovery. Apple Music is amazing so no wonder it tops that JD Power survey. And honestly, it feels that Apple is in my brain. iOS just made sense when i picked up my first iPhone 3GS, i instinctively knew my way around everywhere. In the same way, Apple Music introduced streaming music to me and "taught" me the significance of it. I came to realize the seismic shift that Spotify had started. It took Apple to clarify it to me their way, and they sure did a good job at just that - teaching.
