UWB is nothing new. BMW is already moving toward UWB for digital keys. The current implementation where I have to take a card or my phone out of my pocket is a no starter. I'll just keep the key in my pocket and forget about using the digital keys.

The messed up the MacPro line in both portability and aesthetics by attempting to hit some on-battery usage target that most users will never need unless locked in a bunker w/o an electrical socket. As it is today, it is not "portable" it's a boat anchor.

Really hoping they "fix" the MacPro line by using a new lighter battery tech or simply by decreasing the battery size, sculpt the case so it doesn't look like some bland run of the mill Dell laptop and drop the legacy ports and add a 4th TB port. If not, I too may look to a MacBook Air as long as I can drive my  2x5K monitors and have the performance I need.

I was riding my motorcycle the other day and unknown to me the jacket was pushing on the side button. I thought someone was calling me, so I ignored it. Then I thought, I was hearing a siren sound but wasn't sure what it was.

When I finally got home, I see a text from my brother (emergency contact) asking what was going on. Looked at my phone and there were multiple calls to 911 and texts to my brother. I had to turn off the side button feature. Just pushing the button and then cancel w/o selecting the SOS choice was calling and texting?

Good job EU. That certainly helped cure the landfill issues.

Would love to see some numbers on just how a many old chargers and USB A cords get trashed and that are specifically related to the USB C change.
