Is Apple the only company that knows how to build a universal power charger into a device with country specific cords/plugs instead of a bulky, ugly, space blocking/sucking brick?

I don't see the need.
I use my iPad when on the couch.
I use my HomePods when walking around or I need something done, turn off lights.
I don't need a screen on my music speaker. Never did. Never will.

New Sony Bravia TVs have Apple TV, AirPlay 2, HomeKit & more
Sony TVs have supported Apple TV, Apple Play (not sure about AirPlay 2) and Homekit (only on and off) in the higher end H, J and K series.
FYI, the Apple TV app does not support things like Apple TV/Music purchases (but you can see and play what is in your library), Apple Fitness, etc. still need an Apple TV for that.

This cable supports charging up to # watts but not data. This is USB 3.2 Gen 1x1...no wait...I meant USB 3.1 Gen 1...oh silly me they are the same thing /s
