Nobody truly cares if this is historically accurate, outside of history professors and some French film critics. We want to see the spectacle, the huge battlefield sequences that Scott is known for, and want to see Phoenix ham it up. That’s all. Nobody cared that Gladiator wasn’t note for note historically accurate. Good on Ridley for telling them to p*ss off, and come to think of it Adam Driver for doing the same when his film Ferrari got a ridiculous critique…we need more of that from the talent.

It was insanely stupid, but entertaining. If you’re desperate to watch something, then yes go for it. But if your tv viewing plate is full, zero need to add this to it.

To al those commenting, the headline was changed shortly after AppleZulu commented to what it currently reads.  Earlier the headline said something to the effect of "Helicopter crash caused by iPad".  Adding the word "dropped" changed the tone dramatically.

Would’ve been nice for AI to add an “edited” tag or something to the new headline then instead of letting the dude get roasted for his comment now that the headline was fixed.

It’s literally not? Defense is a dirty word in the Bundesliga, so the games are fast paced back and forth affairs. Nothing boring at all about that league.
