  • Connectivity issues continue to plague Apple Fitness+ workouts

Wow, have not experience this problem, really on had problems once starting the workout on the ATV it took time for the watch to respond. After the first week have not had that issue. It’s been flawless.

I’m using an ATV HD gen 3 and it’s only few feet from where we work out.

The only complaint we have is does not let two people work out together on the ATV and get credit for workout. One us start the workout on the ATV and the other starts it on their phone and puts the phone on silent.
I wish dual workouts were a thing as well. that would be a nice upgrade!

  • The best MagSafe accessories we've tried so far for iPhone 12

Can someone comment on the security of the MagSafe wallets? I have been reluctant to use one, thinking that it might fall off and I'd lose my credit cards or ID.
Others have provided their opinions as well, but personally, I too have been using it since launch. I haven't had any issues with it coming off. I don't put my phone often in my front pockets but rather my back pockets. It doesn't come off just carrying it around or in daily use. It is very comfortable and handy to have. I love it.

  • Sonos Roam made official with auto tuning, audio handoff, and more

I don't own any Sonos equipment. Could I use this Roam as any other Bluetooth or Airplay2 speaker without setting up a Sonos account or having to use their app?
You likely have to activate it using a Sonos account which is needed anyway for firmware updates but once setup, you can use it exclusively through Bluetooth or AirPlay 2.

  • LaCie BOSS SSD review: a photographer's best friend

Where is the CFII or XQD card slot then?
Ok, I guess that there have to be some compromises.

Changing the battery on my Nikon Z7 takes just a few seconds. I keep one in the inside pocket of my outdoor jacket when out taking piccies. That keeps it warm and ready to go.
With a 128Gb XQD card in the camera, there is little need to want to change it during the day. When I need to transfer piccies, I connect the camera to my MacBook and import the files directly into Lightroom. Then I backup the days work to TWO separate devices (both USBC Nvme 2TB drives. That gives me three copies of the files before I even think about deleting the images in the camera.
This drive just seems to be a bit of a faff these days especially when I can charge my MacBook from my car as I drive. That supply is also powerful enough to charge the camera batteries. Failing that, there is always a socket available in the Hotel room. charging while sleeping is a no brainers.
YMMV naturally but this device seems to be about 5 years too late.
These were my exact use cases. You can see I was testing the new Z6II in the photos above. As Bsbeamer suggested, it has USB ports and you can connect a card reader. Even better, just plug it in over USB-C and you're good to go. You can import off the card that way as well and you don't need a card reader.

No mention of how this device gets its power. Presumably not from that Apple Watch charger that's inexplicably included in the photo.
It’s a doorbell.. it’s wired… it is powered off your existing doorbell wiring.
Newsflash: here in the 21st century many doorbells are not wired. Amazing, right?
Most are still wired and it’s going to be wired unless denoted otherwise. Wired is the norm so you usually have to specific. Especially when we talk about wiring it up and don’t talk about a battery
