Remembering the durable ceramic Apple Watch Edition, now dropped from Apple's lineup

How to work around Split View's rough edges on the Mac to make it the tool it should be
William, there is a convenient feature of split view you are missing. You don't need to remove both apps from split view if you only want to change one of them. Instead, you remove the first one so the app you want to keep is now full screen, then you swipe up with 4 fingers to get into the app expose screen and you drag and drop the new app you want onto the small space icon of the full screen app. The app will move over and both will be in split view.
It is a convenient feature if you are working in a full screen app and need to add a new window to the side, just swipe up, drag and drop, and you will be in split view. -
Apple's failed Ping showed how hard it is to create a music service
mpschaefer said:I don’t know, I actually liked Ping. It did all I was actually after. It allowed me to follow artists I was interested in and get updates on what they were up to so I knew about new albums, concerts etc. The “social” aspect with friends was never of any interest to me, which is also why I have not done the same with Facebook and don’t use Twitter etc.
