When I buy an Apple product, I know it will work. I've bought products running Windows and various flavors of Android that never, ever worked quite right. They'd be close. Close enough that I'd keep tinkering, installing/reinstalling, thinking we'd find a point of stability, only to end up with hours and $$ wasted. I've never had that happen with an Apple product (well, post-OS9). That's a BFD for people who need to get things done, not learn how to troubleshoot.

LOL. We were beta testers for that Otto lock. Poorly thought out from the start. AND they thought $700 would fly? After months of testing and feedback, they offered to SELL us the beta lock for $300. Delusional till the end.

Good 'ol DragThing is still doing the job for me! I kinda took the LaunchPad idea and made it more flexible.

Install DragThing and set it up to come to the front with a specific key command:




Use BetterTouchTool to map that key command to a specific touchpad gesture (I use the four finger tap)




Now a four finger tap brings DragThing front and center - nice on any system, but very useful on a larger screen.

Looks great - but why can't I add some of the Complications to the new watch faces? Can't add Messages, Phone, Fantastical . . .
