  • Sleep tracking may be coming to Apple Watch soon

"it's not believed that there will be new Apple Watch hardware." 😭 I've just sold my series 2 in anticipation for this, my wrist has been naked for a week and I don't like it one bit!!! Looks like I'll have a bit of a dilemma then!
  • Titanium Apple Card shows signs of wear after just one month

People keep thinking that titanium is some sort of miracle material. It’s not. It’s just a metal that’s fairly hard and durable. It will wear just about as much as anything else.

That's the point. The titanium is not being worn. The coatings are being worn, and too quickly.
Totally agree. I have a metal card from Revolut and that is almost perfect and I've had it for months.
  • Editorial: Here's why the 'iPhone 11' will do fine, despite no 5G

I’m at a point with the 512GB Xs Max that only 1TB storage would motivate me to upgrade to a new iPhone. I’ve only got 60GB storage left. But performance of the Bluetooth 5 Xs Max is as fast as I’ll ever want or need.

On the other hand, with a noticeably slow Bluetooth 4.2 Series 3 WATCH I’m very excited to be buying a new much faster Bluetooth 5 Series 5 next month. This could be the WATCH that I can keep for more than 2 years without missing whatever hardware improvements are coming in future years unless a much longer lasting battery arrives in future which I hope will be the case.
Have you not thought about subscribing to a higher iCloud subscription, it works out a lot cheaper to buy the lowest storage phone and pay for a larger iCloud subscription if you upgrade yearly at least.
  • Apple's 'iPhone 11' again said to use USB-C charger

I’m a big fan of USB-C through owning a MacBook Pro - it is good for HDMI out, power or any peripherals.

    I hope this is true.

I've probably got 20 Ikea smart lightbulbs, with motion sensors and dimmer switches. All work perfectly with Homekit. Really pleased with my purchase as they are more than half of the price of Phillips Hue here in the UK.
Yeah, I jumped in too soon with the Hue. The Ikea set up looks a lot more flexible.
To be honest, Hue are probably a better product but I would, and do recommend the IKEA stuff to everyone as it hits the sweet spot on price. They also seem to be getting involved in a lot of smart home stuff so I'm excited to see where it will end up.
