  • Mac Pro in danger after fumbled Apple Silicon launch

All this fuss over non-expandable GPU and RAM, what if it turns out that the overall architecture is so good that people's old thinking is just false? What if the Mac Pro delivers incredible performance beyond what anyone imagined, without the need for user expansion?

    Yes, this possibility still exists.

I was watching a Tom Brady interview the other day discussing E Boats,  and was impressed to see him refer to football (as in USA soccer) as 'football'.  Perhaps over time, as football really gains ground here the American version (which is more akin to Rugby) will gradually become known as American Football, allowing the game played everywhere on earth as football, to have its correct name here too.

    The original name was “soccer”.

Great idea and every country and every technology company should do this, including scanning emails.

We were told Russia had the most advanced and powerful military in the world.
    Who told you that?
CNN, MSNBC, NBC, CBS, FOX, NYT, et al. So did the various retired U.S. generals flapping their gums on those news channels. They all predicted a quick victory by the vaunted Russian military machine over the outnumbered, out gunned Ukrainians. I guess you weren’t paying attention.
Nobody on any of those channels ever said that “Russia has the most advanced and powerful military in the world.”  Predicting a quick victory over Ukraine doesn’t equate to that. Sounds more like you weren’t paying attention. The United States has the most advanced and powerful military in the world.

  • Everything we know about the 'iPhone 14 Pro' so far

I’ve switched from iPhone 12 mini to Google pixel and I couldn’t be happier. Battery life is amazing. Voice dictation is perfect and faster then ever. Tasks are incredibly fast. Always on display is amazing. Weather in Lock Screen is perfect and I strongly needed it. Touch ID during the pandemic is a complete necessity for me and much faster then Face ID. I’m afraid that I’m now a convert to android. I’ve been an apple phone fan since the 3g. Apple is using an old compartmentalized notion that you need each separate thing for a complete Apple experience. It’s an old outdated model that needs to be reconstructed. I’m not going to buy an Apple Watch to unlock my iPhone with a mask. I’m not going to have my iPad side by side with my computer. Apple is falling behind with everything accept the Mac and Apokecwatch. The iPhone and iPad are total crap these days. I updated from first version of SE to the 12 mini. What a depressing upgrade. Goodbye Apple iPhone. Your years ahead thinking and sollidifying of your products a year or two out needs to be redone. Apples compartmentalization is destroying Apples products strength. The new MacBook pros are fantastic and I have one. Cheers
    Hysterical shitpost.
