The most accurate way to asses your risk of heart disease is to have a CAC scan done and have it assed by the right person. One issue with measuring cholesterol is what is high for one person is not necessarily high for another and then cholesterol meds come with their own concerns. A good rule of thumb if you want to be healthy is cut down on carbs and don’t eat any heavily processed foods.

Thank you for this update. Last time I wanted to delete my LinkedIn account I had to threaten to sue them to get them to properly delete my account, so I couldn't sign up agin. Yes, so I wonder if this story was in fact true after all? Hmm...

Don't know but Apple is pretty weak at putting together wallpaper packs, to be fair. macOS and iOS should have a built-in wallpaper gallery equivalent to the best wallpaper websites out there, with photographers credited and paid and all the photos perfectly sized and ready for a one-click install. And dynamic and light & dark wallpapers should be a whole category onto themselves—not a handful-afterthought.

The naming is all over the shop.

How I would name them:
iPhone mini
iPhone
