Apps Apple Sherlocked at WWDC23 in iOS 17 and macOS Sonoma
Sherlocking is a bit of a fallacy. I've never even heard of some of these apps, but I will now use the built-in functionality. TBH, many apps today are non-starters for me due to their exorbitant subscription fees. $4.99 for an app = 😄. $4.99/month forever for the same exact app with barely any updated functionality = 😤.

Stop us if you've heard this before: There's a new Apple Silicon killer in town
Is anyone really deciding their OS based on the chips, though? If you love Mac OS why on Earth would you settle for Windows just because the chips were closer performing? I'm sure it makes sense to the chipmakers but it's a non-starter for most actual end users.

The Mac Pro becomes even more of a niche product with the Mac Studio out there. The Studio offers more than enough power for most use cases and the need for PCI cards is rarer than ever.Too bad- it’s awesome to have gobs of power but with the insane efficiency of Apple Silicon it’s no longer necessary. You can have your cake and eat it already.
