Apple TV+ renews hit 'Silo' for a second season

She's the wrong actress for the role. She attempts to compensate for her petite and frail physical appearance with combative overacting in exchanges, and is in no way threatening to anyone. I'd like to see a more imposing and authoritative figure in the role, someone like Queen Latifah, for instance. Her talent is wasted on that stupid "Equalizer" show. Or maybe Gina Carano! Now I'm leaning toward replacing her with Jason Momoa or Michael B. Jordan!
Somehow, I got the impression that life was harsh in the Silo, but maybe you would like to see it more like Season Two of "White Lotus", where Jennifer Coolidge was the badass action figure? -

Five boring apps that Apple shouldn't forget about for the Apple Vision Pro
roake said:This may have been addressed. I know Apple Vision Pro is a different kind of (spatial computing) platform, but it certainly seems powerful enough to additionally manage compatibility with other platforms. What I wonder is if it will have any compatibility with Steam VR or any other platforms/games/apps without that app having to be written for this platform specifically.
I really want to try Half Life: Alyx! I hear it’s maybe the only honest-to-goodness excellent VR game in the VR world.
I can imaging a world where Steam modifies their library to work with Apple’s hardware to make it easier on their developers. But I doubt they would do it unless they could own a huge percentage of the sales (very common, but only Apple catches he’ll about it).And VisionPro’s compatibility with VR motion controllers is an unknown factor. Without that most of SteamVRs library is useless - you can’t use gesture controls to run! -
Reddit's largest Apple community will stay dark, as CEO promises to ride out shutdowns

They want to maximize the appearance of revenue to get a high IPO price, so they're trying to charge unworkable amounts for 3rd party apps that don't actually make any money and can't possibly afford to pay.Big groups going dark will help prevent that from working like they want it to, the stock will be worthless. And because of Reddit's bad behavior, that's actually what we all want to happen.
WOW - I have to reply to this. Which 'Big groups' are going dark - and what does that even mean. Seriously, put the bat down full of pint. Drink water.
Big groups.
Gone dark.
Do try and keep up.
