Although I suspect if Trump wins, the DOJ case will be dropped immediately and DOJ told to concentrate on real crime!

Fact is the DOJ & FBI have become a political arm of the the democrat White House administration, it was incompetent under Barr, now both have become an arm of the government to pursue it's opponents and let real criminals off scot free 😡

A few comments on here including the article writer referring to the fact this was started under the Trump administration hmmm, was Merrick Garland in charge of the DOJ under trump? and why has it taken until the presidential re election year, to actually indite Apple, with old information which was gathering dust?
This is clearly a political driven law suit, after plenty of lobbying by Apple's competitors and Biden needing to deflect attention for a while.
Garland's case has no merit in law and it will fail, it's just posturing at tax payers expense, whilst real crime increases daily in the US, thieves go unpunished and businesses are closing in may inner city's!

I upgraded from the 13 pro to a 15 Pro, predominantly for the standby mode (it doesn't work as well without always on display) secondly for the reduced weight and for the improvements in camera particularly the HDR.
I loved the 13 Pro, but I love the 15 Pro more!
As for your issues with micro scratches, put a Flolab screen protector on it and it won't scratch, also you don't have to wait for the iPhone 17 pro for anty reflective screen, Flolab already offer that on their screen protectors (they're not cheap) but well worth it, especially if you want to go case less, you won't notice it's there!

128gb is plenty for the vast majority, anyone that has 60gb in apps alone is not an average user!!! The writer is referring to a small minority of users.
I have a 256gb and use less than 60gb, with 2000 photos & videos and half of those are garbage that like most users I can't be bothered to go through and remove. The only reason I buy 256gb is for the faster read & write speeds.
iCloud is dirt cheap, what is it with people in the modern world wanting everything that costs money, to get it for free 😡
If you want spare capacity and future proofing pay for it or buy something else, if you're not happy with Apple!
