Apple promotes free month of upgraded iCloud storage to non-paying users
I have avoided Google as much as possible. I get tired of them tracking searches etc. I use DuckDuckGo instead. There is a price you pay for using Google, loss of privacy, it’s bad enough right now.macxpress said:

iPhone X's Face ID reviewed, six months later
I love FaceID. When you set it up it asks you to move your face different directions. I can grin at it and even just tip it up a bit to see my eyeballs. I’d reset the FaceID if I were you. Finger print would only work once in. While because of dermatitis. So I love Face ID. 😎 -

I loved my 7+, but had trouble with fingerprint. Bought the X and I just love the facial recognition. Will never go back to fingerprint. The facial ID even puts log in info on several apps and I love that. When will the iPad go facial?

Apple, other tech companies continue to resist encryption backdoor proposals by FBI, U.S. ...
I support Apple's efforts to stop the backdoor to it's encryption. I know that some use it to do bad, but for the most part folks want their "stuff" safe from intrusion. The way the government seems to be operating, I am happy that Apple is telling them "No."
