UK woman orders iPhone 13 Pro Max, gets a $1 bottle of hand soap instead
I bought a pair of AirPods Pro along with an AppleCare policy. Received the box and and when I opened it, the box was there but no AirPods. The thief punched the bottom of the box and was able to open the cellophane took the contents and shoved the empty box back in. I received a replacement but I felt violated. I am sure the box was easily identified because it is required to have the lithium battery warning on it, I’m sure the UPS driver didn’t take it. He’s a friend. I thinking all forms of shipping, UPS, FEDEX, USPS have really deteriorated. Really sad.

Apple One fails to solve issues with multiple Apple IDs
The AppleID thing has been a mess since Apple tried to get rid of the .mac email. I switched to gmail for iTunes and have fought to keep my .mac AND the .me. Finally got all devices iTunes and other accounts under gmail. I signed up for AppleOne and everything went smooth. Made the .me account part of the Family. I’m just curious what will happen to my Apple Music account I just renewed at the 1st of October. I wish they had given more lead time with better instructions. But Right now I’m rather pleased. -
Twelve years later, Apple is still trying to erase mac.com email addresses
I love the @mac.com. I won't give it up totally. I also use the @me.com. I would love to dump @gmail.com. I've been with the Mac since 1985. Every few years Apple screws around with emails. You would think they would be happy with us old-timers using @mac.com. It's advertising. I wish they'd stop acting like children. They need to get over it.
