I think it's interesting that so many people think it can be banned.I'm not at all convinced of that. There's a strong first amendment argument that can be made there, and I suspect the courts are going to shut this nonsense down pretty quickly.It's the wrong approach anyway. What we need is much stronger privacy law, not hamfisted attempts to ban one app. F*c*book and Google are at least as if not more dangerous than TikTok.
