This entire story is bull.The iMac was in development before Jobs came back.You seriously think they developed the entire machine in less than a year? Jobs became interim CEO in September 1997, the iMac was released in May 1998.You know who saved Apple? Gil Amelio.

I think it's interesting that so many people think it can be banned.I'm not at all convinced of that. There's a strong first amendment argument that can be made there, and I suspect the courts are going to shut this nonsense down pretty quickly.It's the wrong approach anyway. What we need is much stronger privacy law, not hamfisted attempts to ban one app. F*c*book and Google are at least as if not more dangerous than TikTok.
