Apple Cinemas may come to regret their name as lawyers step in
Hopefully 2010 is far enough away that they'll be able to use the elapsed time to demonstrate that the trademark is now generic.Lots of places and things are named apple, including a very common and popular fruit. This is why common English words should NOT be trademarkable in the first place. Apple should have stuck with Apple Computer if they wanted something trademarkable.

That patent should never have been issued.Pulse oximetry was invented in the 1970s, all legitimate patents are long expired. "Pulse oximetry, but with a smartwatch" is NOT an invention, and should not have been patentable.

Really dumb move. But hey, it made it easier to talk some clients into getting minis with 3rd party screens instead.

BMW confirms it will not support CarPlay Ultra
And I confirm that I'm not ever going to buy a BMW car.(Wasn't anyway, they're maintenance nightmares. But CarPlay Ultra looks MUCH nicer than anything I've seen out of a car manufacturer.)
