Apple Cinemas may come to regret their name as lawyers step in
Hopefully 2010 is far enough away that they'll be able to use the elapsed time to demonstrate that the trademark is now generic.Lots of places and things are named apple, including a very common and popular fruit. This is why common English words should NOT be trademarkable in the first place. Apple should have stuck with Apple Computer if they wanted something trademarkable.

Google loses to Epic Games in Play Store appeal
It's absolutely ridiculous - that the same thing didn't happen to Apple. There's no question that Apple is abusing their monopoly on iOS app distribution.I'm hoping Google losing will set a precedent for a future case against Apple that blows iDevice app installation wide open.

Apple hits back at DOJ antitrust suit paragraph by paragraph in scathing response
Before you whine about the Mango Mussolini's DoJ, remember that this suit is something that was started during a sane administration to give US more rights to the products WE own.It doesn't go far enough, we need the right to install whatever software we see fit on OUR devices without Apple's permission or interference. And while some of the issues have already been resolved, they haven't all been, and they definitely need to be resolved in OUR favor, not Apple's favor.

iCloud lawsuit fails over misunderstanding of storage tiers
What a missed opportunity for Apple!"Hey, we can understand why you thought it should be 205 GB, and we agree with you! We're upping everybody's storage on the 200 GB tier to reflect that it includes the 5 GB free iCloud!"Would cost Apple almost nothing, LOTS of goodwill. It probably cost them more to fight it.Sad.
