People see all this money pouring in, and they think it has to end someday.And, of course, it does have to end, just as it did for the British East India Co., General Electric and General Motors. With Apple, though, someday isn't any time soon.

Storage firm Drobo has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
A Drobo NAS box has been an excellent solution for a small nonprofit I help support: The hot-swappable drives are super easy and have kept the array reliable for a decade. That said, the company hasn't updated its management software in quite a while, and it isn't even supported in most recent macOS version. The bad news for the company, of course, is that, with expandable drive bays, happy customers like the group I mention don't need to buy anything more from Drobo itself.

Complaints about "tired" design make me laugh. Form follows function. No one complains about the "tired" design of a toaster: Toasters have to do what they do, and there are only so many ways to do that. Phones aren't much different at this point.

Nice to see your setups, but I have to admit that I always thought your staff was already dispersed and working primarily from home.
