Suuuuuure.

For these companies that make money by selling information about you, there is no such thing as a "binding commitment".  Notice words like "permanent" or "perpetual" are never attached to "commitment".  "Binding" just means "until you're not paying attention anymore".

It's nice to know that there are still some corporate execs who have the good sense to steer clear of countries and monarchs that engage in gruesome murder of dissenters as part of normal government policy.  And let's not forget, the medieval status of women.
