Of course Texas, the lawsuit capital of the world - one which favors, almost invariably, the litigant! So wrong, but that's how the world rolls!

  • Cumulative App Store titles declined for first time in 2017, report says

So, so, so many Apps with almost identical features. Games that play the same just given a coat of paint and a new name. How many calender Apps, reminder Apps, mail Apps, photo Apps, and on and on, do we need? I don't think anyone at Apple can be the arbiter; customers need to rely on other customer's feedback, how often the App is updated, relative feature sets, and such!

  • Apple calls for lower-than-expected Q2 guidance on iPhone sales miss

It's not an Apple sales miss, it's an analysts' forecast miss.  Don't feed the analysts' pretension that if their forecast is wrong, it's the subject company's fault.
Exactly! It's hard to conceive of an industry that can be manipulated more than the stock market. The misleading and inaccurate information prior to results led Apple to TANK bigtime prior to the Q1 call - great time for those who cause the market to "crash" like that to pick up a few shares. Call me a cynic, but people in general ARE greedy!

  • WSJ jumps on iPhone X production cut story, adds new fictions

I've been reading that the plethora of misinformed "credible" sources for the story about Apple "cutting" and "discontinuing" the iPhone X stem from a story on Appleinsider. Now I see your story "Another January, another misleading iPhone supply cuts story from Nikkei" This one, however, doesn't lend itself to the bloodbath that the Market wants in order to buy Apple low prior to their Q1 18 report. Insider trading………another hallmark of the "No-regulations tRump administration" to put more money in the hands of the wealthy. I fall into that category and have a TON of Apple stock, so I have everything to gain and nothing to lose, yet this TRULY "Fake News" makes me nauseous! Honesty has little value in this morally deteriorating country (a euphemism for sh!thole nation).

  • After speculative reports of slow sales, iPhone X is now said to be in the "high end of th...

Rags like Forbes (the worst!), Newsweek, and other purportedly "reputable" sources for news all ran this same story of doom and gloom based on talking head Ming-Chi Quo(ta)'s NOT AS RELIABLE AS SO MANY WOULD HAVE US BELIEVE bullsh!t! But that's what "news" has become…………rumor, talking heads, WTF-Market-analysts speculating for what I see as two goals. One - be the first to publish (or steal) news, and two - a strong liklihood that they stand to benefit from their doom and gloom with reports designed to send stock prices lower - SO THAT THEY CAN BUY! (P.S. Gordon Kelly [Forbes], get a job for which you are qualified - for instance, a National Enquirer contributing expert on alien invasions!).
