a) Apple gets all the blame simply because journalists don’t bother to investigate the issue properly. It’s not really an anti-Apple thing.

b) Police are pretty busier at the best of times, even without the extra work due to the pandemic. Apple, as the inventor of the technology should make it as easy as possible to identify cases and automatically provide evidence of the required standard.

Yes you can, but unlike DP, HDMI incorporates HDCP a digital rights management protection technology which means depending on your content it’ll refuse to play and you get a copyright message. There are ways to get round this, but easier to just use DP.

Yes communists like yourself have a special racial hatred for Priti Patel. The daughter of an immigrant to the U.K. who is a minister in the Conservative party.

A fact which also makes the comments about the U.K. becoming ‘communist/ mini-China’ even more hilarious. But these are probably comments from ignorant types who probably could identify either China or the U.K. on a map, and get worried when they occasionally cross the county-line.

Google would be a lot more successful if it copied Apple more with regards to strategy.
