Critical 'Log4J' Java flaw being used to deliver malware, crypto-miners
Please show evidence of this “wreaking havoc”. The only evidence is the freaking out of the tech media, though I’ll bet some sysadmins are having a rough weekend updating log4j installations. Let’s see some evidence of actual successful attacks causing “havoc”.

Apple hourly workers feel helpless under punishing pressure & mistreatment
My son worked at an Apple Store ( and Nordstroms and REI). He said working at Apple was demanding work, but no worse that other retail jobs. I doubt Apple treats it's employees worse than anyone else, and probably better. People love to complain.

Apple Watch again credited for life-saving intervention
I've experienced the "call 911 if you have a fall during a workout". I did a big endo on a mountain bike, and after getting up, noted my watch was ready to call 911 if I did not respond in 45 seconds ( I think that's the countdown). If I had been alone, and the fall had been a bit worse it could have saved my life.

Surprising no-one has commented on what sounds like a bunch of do-nothing craptastic apps these people have developed....."Coronavirus Reporter," "Caller-ID," and "WebCaller". Hardly representative of the wider developer community !
