Russian developer sues to keep Apple out of trademark dispute
I was in the same situation a few years back. A large German company felt the name of my app ( and color of the logo!) was too similar to their app( despite me having prior art of 4+ years).
I got some scary letters from Apple regarding the situation. Apple have to be even handed but they leave the parties to duke it out - which as a hobby developer would leave me being crushed by the other companies financial resources. Fortunately, they gave up once I pointed out that my app had been on the app store for so much longer than their app and really was not in a competing space. -
Apple rumored to release 27-inch iMac with mini-LED display in early 2022
I have a Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014 iMac with a 1TB fusion drive and it has been an amazing machine that still runs Big Sur like a dream with a display to die for. Bummer I can't upgrade the OS , but oh well.Never a glitch or any problems.
Compared to my "work" computers that are Dell desktop POS that have been always troublesome with component ( power supply/hard disk/RAM) failures , every $ spent on the 'Apple Tax' has been repaid over and over. No wonder they show over and over that the TCO for Apple products is less than Windows machines. -

Apple Watch more popular than Rolex & iPhone dominant with teens
buttesilver said:"Upper income teens" - wow, Rolex wearing kids are so far from anyone's normal life that I have to wonder where this sampling came from?
I barely even know any adults whom wear Rolex, and those that do are mostly Doc's and Esq's. Nice neighborhood I'm sure... -
Apple Pay bug could allow attackers to bypass lock screen, make payments

It's also possible that code on Apple's side fails when one has a Visa card. Even if Visa's security solutions differ from Mastercard's, the fault may be on Apple's side, too (even if this turns out to be false and it's Visa I think people here tend to assume Apple = perfect and in case if anything goes wrong, 3rd party = evil).
