This article is off the mark implying Touch ID has anything to do with Apple Pay - it is merely an OPTION, I have never used Touch ID, but use Apple Pay extensively with a passcode! 🙄

It is HDMI firmware updateable, in fact there is a hidden menu which you can view the firmware version. (Use the up arrow on a 3rd party IR remote when in the menu where you can view the tvOS version) Apple has been updating firmware on the 4K versions in recent betas...wood1208 said:Hope AppleTV 4K is hardware designed for firmware update to support HDMI 2.1. Cool. BUT, if I have an iPhone cellular plan, my watch should be included and share the same service plan since it shares the same number! I should NOT have to pay an extra $120/yr just to have cellular on my watch when it cannot have its own independent number!
