No, "all those perks" are paid for out of the high monthly interest charges on cardholders who don't pay off their balance each month. This is what pays for things like daily cash, and cash back, and all those perks.
Fun fact: Cardholders who pay off their balance every month are referred to internally by the card companies as "deadbeats".
