Apple's iOS developer fees and charges again targeted by class action suit
I’m quick to rip on Apple where they deserve it but these cases are stupid. Don’t like it? Don’t develop for the iPhone.

16-inch MacBook Pro release, MacBook Air updates predicted for September
The 16” MacBook Pro will definitely be my next computer but going to wait until 2021 or so. Gotta see if Apple will work on that keyboard and Intel on their processors. Would like to see bigger batteries too.
Plus my 2012 retina is doing pretty well, although starting to show its age.

Samsung asks Apple for compensation on missed OLED order minimums
It would appear Apple made the same error if they overcommitted. Contracts are contracts, pay up Apple!robjn said:The fact is that Samsung invested big on OLED with Android hopes that did not materialize.
They predicted that all the cheap Androids would rush to adopt OLED. They believed that once Apple started to use OLED everyone else would have to copy them. That simply didn’t happen. Samsung wasted billions building production capacity that was never used.
Whether Apple met their contractual obligations or not, the big problem for Samsung is that they made a massive error in predicting the wider market.

Apple says Trump tariffs would 'tilt the playing field' in favor of competitors
It won’t affect other competitors in the US because they build less stuff in China. Not sure that’s a valid reason in my book.
Apple should diversify more just in case.
