Court overturns Apple's $120M patent win against Samsung
Not surprised.
I dread to think Apple has spent on legal fees to date around this nonsense. And if they thought it would improve their image as an IP innovator would off-set the cost, I'm not sure that has even worked.

I have a 6s so not concerned, but this is, in my humble opinion, an egregious act of pushing sales.
I thought Apple always argues that the products are designed to sell themselves "We let the products speak", and dont need this sort of underhand pressure.
It's lame. The sort of thing I'd expect from Samsung, not Apple.

I can see value in them purchasing the company. It's not just about optics. it's about getting into the wearable/action/sport sphere. The brands align nicely.
Frankly, for me, it has at least as much justification than Beats.
