Not to discount your experiences, but I've been performing music in a variety of settings (bars, churches, barns) for 30 years, and stuff like that is generally handled as part of gig preparation. You don't want to be waiting for Airdrop while the audience is watching. Although maybe your fans are so rabid it takes a while for the screaming to subside.

The headline did give me a flashback to the daze when Zunes were squirting at each other. Course, the odds of Zune owners meeting each other were astronomically small.
