Maybe, but Scamdung would get free publicity and the chance to portray it as thin-skinned Apple running scared. I'll probably never stop calling it iCal. When I'm helping people with their iPhone (there I go again, tagging an "i" onto words) I always say System Preferences, resulting in looks of utter iHelplessness.
