System Settings getting shuffled again in macOS 15, among other UI tweaks
Can't say their attempts to redesign settings have gone too well, and the care for HDI at Apple seems to have gone away with the new generation. I hope they get it right this time, but I doubt they'll go back to the old one.

Apple to unveil AI-enabled Safari browser alongside new operating systems
I'm curious if these AI features will mean Neural Engine Macs only, which would mean Apple Silicon only. I wonder if they'll be nice and end on a long term release of Intel macOS, or they'll just be Apple and drop it with the typical ~2 years of security updates.
Then again other browsers like Arc with these features trivially run on Intel too

On-device processes could help eliminate certain controversies found with server-side AI tools. For example, these tools have been known to hallucinate, meaning they make up information confidently.
Er, location of processing has nothing to do with LLMs hallucinating and confidently giving wrong answers or not.
