Oh PRAISE BE!!   This window tinting is the stupidest fucking thing they've ever done. And I'm including the Touch Bar.

Reason is obvious.  Too many developers being reallocated to building backdoors.

I read the interview.  He said the system/process is protected by high levels of audibility.  No technical measures in place to prevent abuse.  That means when hashes of whatever the gov wants get inserted into these databases, apple cant do anything to stop it.  

No one was confused about anything here, Craig.  Everyone knows exactly where this leads.   Audit away, assholes.  

The hottest corners of Hell should be reserved for the people that make these device and those that keep them secret.

Also important to note here, Apple doesnt claim this cant be expanded or abused by gov.  They say they will resist.  They wont have a f*cking choice once it’s built.
