I think Beats means 'by accident' or 'accidentally on purpose' or more accurately through mismanagement and falling behind competitors.

If a global 30% reduction in iPhone sales was ever iminent, Apple could easily afford to buy WeChat. It would be a good investment and basically a 'no-brainer'!

Why would they put a notch in an iMac screen? (or macbook for that matter) It's never going to happen! The FaceTime camera is already in the bezel and FaceID sensors can be placed there too.
