Why mention "gray, sieverts, or rem per hour," which are measures of ionizing radiation, when the issue is with RF radiation? The article started off on a good track by distinguishing the two, but mentioning those irrelevant units of ionizing radiation or radioactivity confuses matters.
Ionizing radiation includes alpha and beta particles as well as gamma rays. RF is just low frequency radio waves that can be absorbed and converted to heat.

Rumor: iPhone 15 USB-C cable limited to USB 2.0 speeds, has no MFi
Perhaps it will transfer at USB 2.0 speeds when not connected to a Thunderbolt port.
