    Windows 98 is supposedly better in VPC OS 9, and Windows 2K/XP better in VPC OS X, according to Connectix. The difference having to do with 32-bit clean issues or something.

    Someone should let mortal know that Windows NT, 2k, and XP aren't built on top of DOS. Thats what differentiates them from Windows 3.1, 95, 98 and ME.

    back to the public beta time WORD 98 was extremely unstable....froze at least 10 times a day. I am bringing this out is to 'encourage' people NOT to upgrade to Office X if there's really no need or if they are still going to use Classic like me
