CF cards are the same size as the hard drive in the iPod mini. Going to flash would not make the iPod smaller. It might give it a little longer battery life. -

I feel until the iPod photo can pull pictures from my CF card it is indeed either a solution looking for a problem, or it's a beta test of the iPod to TV connection. -

Isn't there a way to switch CF cards? I have 2GB cards for my camera and it would be nice to be able to buy the $99 model and pop in my own card.
