Chimera doesn't use Mozilla 1.2. Chimera is building off of Mozzila 1.0 if I remember correctly. The Chimera Project page says it is most closely related to Mozilla 1.0.1. -

Hahaha, yes Chimera supports folders. They also have a really cool way to make a folder into a tab group. When you select it it opens a new tab for every bookmark inside the folder. Very cool. I think that's a feature in Mozilla as well. -
