I have been ingesting my all-time favorite drink in record volume lately since they've released Vanilla Coke for real! No more stupid restaurants that put in vanilla EXTRACT when you ask for one.
Sigh, Vanilla coke hasn't made it down to fla yet.

Well, when I was down there I thought there was a non-diet version of the uh, grapefruit drink (name escapes me). That's never made it up here, either. It was pretty good on a hot day, IIRC.
Fresca! (but the non-diet version was another, different name).

I am waiting for them to put a tad of cherry in it.

Cherry and vanilla? That would be interesting.
From what my parents tell me, the 'fountains' pretty much had those. (Cherry, Lemon, Vanilla, Choc, Marsh)
Gross! Can't you people drink a normal drink like Dr. Pepper and be happy?

Mmm, Dr. Pepper - the nectar of the gods. Also, the reason the gods had fat hips.

Yuck! I hate Dr. Pepper.
I like Cream Soda, though.
So vanilla coke is good? I haven't tried it yet but I'll definitely have to cop a 20 oz. or something since I'm a big Coca-Cola fan.
EmAn: Why must your posts be so insightful?

That's just how I am
Vanilla extract is an ingredient in both Coke and Pepsi already...

There's no official proof of that anywhere.

And even so, deliveries and other revelations have allowed people to find out the ingredients of Coke and Pepsi, just not the 'formula.'
And you can extract the ingredients anyway.
Well, not in Coke, but the Pepsi recipe was patented and revealed to the public many years ago.

Well, one thing Coca Cola has going for it is that they produce more than one drink. So, those ingredients could be used in manythings.
Today, for instance, I could have sworn I tasted a bit too much CLOVE in my Coke. It just seemed really strong to me. Who knows.
i think some of you guys are actually girls in disguise.
p.s. forget the coke, i drink OJ with my pizza. now how gross is that?
a-HA! another "girly" thread!!!
