What Apps do you want to see on the iPhone?
Camcorder App
Tiger Woods Golf with finger swipe swing action.
Bejeweled 2
Loco Roco with tilt controls.
An app that would let met email multiple photos
from my image library simultaneously.
Text translation vacation helper from photos:
(Take a picture of a sign & then the software will
access a server that can translate the text into a
language you can understand. (This would be a
great help the next time I go to Tokyo.)
Photo editor with red eye removal & color controls.
Karaoke game that can get the lyrics for the songs
on your iPhone from a database.

Its a niche market but the ability to view a patient record anywhere at anytime will be a huge deal in this industry.

Genius! Especially with the camera to act as a barcode scanner.
iChat (that can operate in the background just like SMS)
An EMR viewer.

I think MacPractice had their sights set on this one, last time I checked in with those guys. MacPractice DDS in particular. . . .
No, seriously.
Lo-fi audio recording and corny midi multitracking.
Someone make it happen so I don't have to.
I guess they'd have to make wrist straps so people wouldn't fling their iphones all over their house.

Netflix and/or Red Box app
and maybe a .pdf "storge" app to download/storage .pdfs.
digital xray/catscan/3d image viewer for medical pros, this is a hole in the market hardwre wise that the ipod touch could fill if tied and locked to encrypted medical center wifi, and with remote wipe, HIPA is less of a concern.
Yes, a very god idea.
Howabout a 411 app that ties into the free411 database, no need for phone calls to free411, just have a screen that allows the user to build a simple query.
First, unrelated to the iPhone, I'd like to point you to Google's Ad-Free 411: 1-800-GOOG-411. It's much better than Free411 because it has a better interface and it doesn't have any ads.
Now back to the iPhone, I think Google maps serves as a pretty good 411...
Unit Converter should have been there since launch, but ny time we could get it could be great.
I've had pretty good experience with iConvert, but I agree: a stand alone app would be much better.
i would love to see something like the nike sport.. it hink that would be awesome!
Agree. A more elegant solution would be GPS, that is, if the iPhone G2 gets it.
After seeing some of those game demos with the accelerometer thingy, I was thinking that you could use the iphone as a WII-like controller for a game on a Mac, or perhaps even an AppleTV.

You better add a wrist strap to the iPhone.
My wife wants all the Brain Age games.
