iPhone Alert Amplifier?

My friend has an iPhone 4s and now that the weather is colder, can't always hear the ringer when it's buried in her jacket or messenger bag.  I was wondering if there was a clip-on bluetooth device or something similar that she could clip on the bag's strap that would amplify the alerts or put a speaker on the outside where she can easily hear it?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Only thing I can think of would be a Bluetooth headset maybe.

    Thanks!  That was pretty much my thought as well, even if she doesn't want to go with a headset it may be the only option.
