I tried it out a year or so ago... and despite thinking that Marathon was the greatest game ever... it was a bit TOO OLD for me and after the first level, I ditched it. After playing MoHAA, Q3, UT2003, etc etc Marathon is just ... well... it had its time.
I did just that today... I was wondering how it would feel to get back to that game. It kept me up for a couple of nights...
I wonder though: are the original levels included with Aleph One ? I only have the first instalment of the series so if they aren't, I'll never find out how things end up with Durandal.

I think I might just buy the "Action Sack" disc, which includes all three Marathon games, plus a few other old ones. Bungie sells it for $10.00.
