I have an NTFS drive connected via USB. I plug it in and my Mac says that it can't read it and wants me to eject, initialize or ignore. I just want to READ the mp3s from it and put it on my new Mac.

I tried to format the drive in XP (to FAT32) but it can't format drives larger than 32GB with FAT32. Win95 and 98 can but XP can't! Yet it can read large FAT32s... what the hell were they thinking?!
