A previously post mentioned Print to PDF. But I don't believe this has been mentioned:

    {From SL enhancements?]

    Import from scanner.

Snow Leopard simplifies scanning by putting scanned data directly into Preview. Now you can scan, view, and correct your files and images in Preview. The scanning interface even detects the placement of images or documents on the scanner to automate the selection of regions to scan.

You could by-pass third party scanning software, although I'm not sure about how complete this SL functionality will be. Could be very useful to business.

There really is no benefit of using OS X instead of Windows 7.... OS X was designed for kids to play video games and make banners in photoshop. Windows 7 was designed with the business aspect as well as the home user in mind.

Anything that needs to be done on windows can be done in OS X, but better, with lower TCO and a much more pleasant user experience that involves the system just working, not getting in your way, bothering you with "system messages", not getting the tons of viruses that Windows gets, it goes on and on. Not to mention, OS X crashes far less.

So let's see, why buy a PC at all? you get better hardware AND software with a Mac. Not only that, but if your boss uses some obscure, DOS based Windows program and you have to run windows, you can do that on your Mac as well. buh-bye Dell, HP, etc. Hello Mac.

the only benefit to buying windows is non-ownership of the product and losing money to the Windows ecosystem. You are NOT completely ready to go just with Windows. You are with the Mac. windows cost more, requires the purchase of seperate software to secure it, and causes headaches to its users.

Just say no already. the gig is up. MS had a great run fooling folks. Now people are starting to demand what they want. and that is products that work, look good doing it, and don't break down so quick.

There are quite a few professional musicians, designers, movie directors, writers, business people and others who might disagree.

    Slightly old list...

Never forget that the one of the first Macs was sold to Bill Gates.

Nice. Didn't realize Apple had a website for business solutions. It needs to be more prominent. Suitability for current and future requirements, return on investment; these matter in the long run.

One of the things on that website:

Swear by your computer, not at it.

Good news: You won?t need an army to maintain your Mac. In fact, Mac business users feel empowered by the intuitive, self-service quality of their computer. You?ll be amazed by how secure the fully compliant UNIX technology in Leopard is. Plus, Mac software is engineered to work with Mac hardware. So your computer is less likely to fall victim to the conflicts and crashes that plague PC owners.

I give credit to the Mac where it is due -- the Unix core of the Mac instantly gives it a huge edge over Windows. Go *nix!

Yeah, it could be better... You also have to read the fine print on the top Mac page to even find it.
