    Yes, its actually a photo holder. You could also use it, however, to hold placecards at the dinner table or other such things.

    The red dealy is the base. It sits with a flat side on the table, desk, etc. The flexible tube is bent in whatever direction you want, but most likely you'd want it pointing up in the air. Then just clip on a photo (or piece of paper, or nametag, or ...) with the alligator clip.

    <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" /> Wouldn't the teeth on the clip damage a photo? I sure as hell wouldn't want to display any good pictures and then find a row of dents or punctures alone the bottom or side.
