If Apple goes to 960x640 with the next iPhone, then I don?t care if they make HMDs... I?m going to get some lenses and some duct tape and an iPhone HD and make my own!
Have those become good, yet? I tried the original Myvu and it wasn't a worthwhile experience.
What do you mean by tracking? That worked fine with the demo I used.
The myvu "crystal" series offers a brighter, sharper image. Field of view is wider and it appears that the screen is further away (than the image provided by the original myvu product).
By tracking, I understood from looking at other Apple headgear patents that they (Apple) might eventually combine accelerometers and eye tracking to provide hands-free control of a cursor.
Gives a new meaning to the term "eye stain". Imagine the fatigue one would feel after several hours of pushing around a cursor with their peepers.
