Is this a joke? I installed it and ran a test ... the same HD video on YouTube. In HTML5 Safari registered 18% of my CPU on a MBP i7 2.66.
I then ran the same video using Flash after installing the 64 bit update. The Safari CPU usage remained the same 18% but the Flash plug appeared in Activity Monitor and started jumping between 58% and 75% of my CPU usage!
