Congratulations Anders , and all people from Danemark

Congratulations for your victory and your qualification for the next round.

You were definitively better. However if i had to bet , i will have bet on the denmark not the french team. Winning with two goals of advance was too difficult. The strategy of the Denmark team was obvious : defense and waiting the good opportunities to make goal: they did it two times.

The frencht team was lame: too tired, to much pressure due to the french media, bad management of Lemerre, the match between south korea and France was not necessary, our players where tired, they needed to recovere. Too much old players in your team.

I wish you, that your team will do a good job , during the world cup. Cheers

if it makes you feel better, powerdoc, I was pulling for France (I stayed up here on the West coast to watch the game). They were really fun to watch, they just kept hitting the crossbar. Heh, but the US is still alive!

Thanks, i wish that you team will be able to be in the second turn of the world cup : some new fresh blood will be good in the Soccer game, and not just the current europe vs latinamerican competition.

Yeah, North American teams are undefeated so far (4-0-2), so it's looking good. And Poland's been stinking it up, so the US is in good shape. The Portugal-South Korea is looking like a very interesting matchup (and I'm trying to decide if I should stay up to watch Germany-Cameroon, except for my final at noon...)

So, now that France is gone, who does a Frenchman cheer for?

Maybe France didn't have enough right-wingers

Bad joke, I know. Anyway, here's a beer to drown your sorrows. It's only a game.

Of course the next round(s) will be really interesting: you lose, and you are out. I expect to see a lot more shirt pulling. Not that I am watching, of course . . .

T.I.: Wake up early (or stay up late) for some of the games in the second round. I guarantee you'll be entertained.

    Thanks for the beer.

I must admit that i am really disapointed by .... me. I said i didnt really care for football (or soccer) but i am a little sorrow in fact : stupid patriotism

Concerning right winged , during the last deputy elections , the right winged have not really good results, perhaps in the second turn coming on sunday, it's possible that they have no deputy at all. The right is about to win the election. Note that Blair's politic is closer from the french's right than from the left.

And for watching football , you are forgiven in advance : looking worlcup every four years will not brainwashing you

    Me before: Is this tennis?

Me now: OG DET VAR DAAAANMAAARK OG DET VAR DAAANMARK, OLÈ OLÈ OLÈÈÈÈ.

Eh, said something about brainwashing Powerdoc

Thanks. I still aren´t really that interested in football (and haven´t seen any of our games yet). Being more of a political animal than a sporting one I actually hoped for the French team to go far because of Le Pen.

I would love to have a match between USA and Denmark. THATS a game I would watch.

Note to self: next time you're in Neris-les-bains, no plastic surgery.

Or, ban M. Powerdoc before going under the knife ...

Oh stop being big about it. It really takes the fun out of taking the piss out of you (the French, not you personal)
